在本研究中，以初步探讨体外颌下腺细胞与胶原海绵支架相互作用为目的，采用体外分离培养sd大鼠颌下腺细胞，然后接种于胶原海绵支架上体外复合培养的方法；从不同接种细胞浓度对细胞一支架复合物影响，同一接种细胞浓度在不同孔隙率的支架上黏附、增殖的情况及表皮生长因子( egf )对颌下腺细胞的促增殖作用，促细胞在支架上黏附等三方面入手，初步研究了颌下腺细胞与胶原海绵相互作用的影响因素，为进一步在体外及体内构建较为理想的组织工程化颌下腺提供理论参数和实验依据。
